We ship with UPS and FEDEX to help get your order processed and shipped to your location in the most cost effective and fastest method available. Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogs, and click on any items that you GOTTA HAVE and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or through our secured website.
WE BEGIN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS YOU PLACE IT. FOR THIS REASON, ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED ONCE THEY ARE PLACED. WE WILL CHARGE YOU A CANCELLATION FEE UP TO 25%. YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AS SOON AS WE SHIP YOUR ORDER.
Occasionally errors in the catalog and/or pricing may occur, in the event of a price increase we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Over-sized boxes will cost more to ship. We reserve the right to request more freight in order to ship your order.

Wrong part received:
If any part ordered is incorrect due to an error on our behalf, please send it back to us within 15 days of your purchase and it will be corrected. Be sure to include a note with name and daytime contact number so we may call to straighten things out.
If a part is wrong due to a customer mistake, that's ok but it will be subject to a 20% restock fee and must be new with original resalable packaging.Nothing over 30 days old. Additional shipping will need to be charged as well if we need to send out another part. All returns require an rma# and must be returned in original packaging.
There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on any electrical parts or decals. Please be sure of what you need before ordering anything in this category and contact us if you need clarification.

At times the OEM supercedes part numbers. A superceded part number is a change by the manufacturer of an existing part number to a new part number which can include multiple parts being included in the new part number. Pricing discrepancies may occur at that time a CPN representative will call and confirm the new price and part number change.
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within the time frame specified for each item as you place item in your cart.
We normally send your order to you within 2 - 5 business days, by ordering your parts with air shipping either 2 day or 3 day you will only improve the speed that the package is shipped to you by 1 or 2 days. It will still take 3 - 5 Business days to process the order.
At cyclepartsnation.com we sell motorcycle parts and motorcycle accessories for all of the major brands for our customers. Shipping issues for these accessories and parts is something that we are always working to improve.
To help our Canadian customers we are initiating a shipping program with USPS to help you save money on the secondary charges. All Canada orders will be shipped via USPS (Except all Oversize Packages must be shipped UPS and there will be brokerage fees 60.00 per 1000.00) to help reduce the secondary shipping cost that you are experiencing. The standard shipping rates will remain the same but the additional charges added by other shippers will be greatly reduced.

Missing, or Damaged Parts:
We have time constraints placed on us by the manufacturers. So we will need to be notified within 7 to 10 days of receipt of your order.
